CAVU’s CFO, Haylee Wiseman, Named Women in Leadership Advisor Member at The University of Oklahoma

We are proud to share that Haylee Wiseman, Chief Financial Officer at CAVU International, has been named a Women in Leadership Advisor Member for The University of Oklahoma. This recognition highlights her decades of expertise and her commitment to mentoring and empowering future leaders.

Haylee brings over 29 years of diverse financial and leadership experience to her new advisory role. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated an extraordinary ability to build and manage global accounting teams, set up complex international corporate structures, and guide organizations through remarkable growth. One of her hallmark achievements was spearheading the establishment of 14 corporate entities across nine countries on five continents, helping to drive revenue growth from $5 million to $80 million in just a few short years.

Her career spans leadership roles as a Bank Officer, Mortgage Loan Officer, Risk Assessment Manager, and Director of Accounting & Finance with an international consulting company. Today, she serves not only as CFO of CAVU International, but also as co-owner and CFO of a government contracting construction company now in its seventh year of successful operation.

In her role with the University of Oklahoma’s Women in Leadership program, Haylee will bring her knowledge and passion to the next generation of leaders. Her expertise includes:

Now, through her new advisory position at the University of Oklahoma, Haylee will continue her mission of building leaders—helping shape a future where women are empowered to make lasting impacts in their organizations and communities.
