We are delighted to announce that Devinder "Dev" Singh has joined our team at CAVU as a Safety, Performance & Leadership Coach. Dev brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise, having served over 30 years in the Royal Malaysian Air Force in various strategic, operational, and tactical roles.
During his tenure in the Air Force, Dev held key responsibilities at both the strategic and operational levels. He played a vital role in fostering international engagements and relationships with major armed forces worldwide, including North America, Europe, Africa, and Oceania. His responsibilities encompassed a wide range of activities such as training, courses, high-level visits, exchanges, exercises, and operations.
Dev's contributions extended beyond his work with the armed forces. He served as a training specialist at the United States Embassy in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where he played a pivotal role in coordinating training and joint military exercises, enhancing the bilateral relationship between the United States and Malaysia.
Furthermore, Dev's passion for leadership and operational excellence led him to coach numerous personnel in high reliability industries across Asia and the Middle East. His expertise in this area has been instrumental in cultivating strong leadership skills and driving operational excellence within organizations.
Dev currently resides in Bandar Sri Sendayan, located south of the Malaysian capital city, Kuala Lumpur. We are thrilled to have him on board, and we are confident that his extensive experience and valuable insights will greatly benefit our team and clients.
In his new role at CAVU, Dev will serve as a Safety, Performance & Leadership Coach, where he will leverage his vast knowledge to empower individuals and organizations to reach their highest potential. Additionally, Dev will provide support in business development efforts across Southeast Asia.
