Dell is finishing up a distinguished Navy career in which he rose to its highest executive levels while serving our great nation. As an Admiral, Dell successfully ran some of the largest, most complicated organizations in the world, but more importantly, he never lost sight of the men and women at the deck plates or their families. He embodied the concept of servant leadership for over three decades. Dell will hold the position of Vice President, Southwest Region based at the CAVU office in Houston, Texas. His demonstrated leadership and ability to blend operational excellence with process and personal safety will set the standard for training services delivery. We are truly honored to welcome Dell and his wife Kari to the CAVU team!
