Jay Powers is a retired Command and Force Master Chief with over 30 years of continuous Active-Duty service.  He served as a Senior Executive aboard a nuclear-powered aircraft carrier, a guided missile destroyer, and within the Nuclear Triad(airborne assets).  In his finalActive-Duty tour, he was selected as the US Navy’s first Navy Cyber ForceMaster Chief, responsible to the 3-star Commander for the “care and feeding” of over 16,000 men and women, spanning the entire globe.  Jay is an accomplished Senior Coach with impactful service in manufacturing, Law Enforcement, Oil & Gas (onshore and offshore), and many Chemical production facilities.
