Jim Gibson served fifteen years as a U.S. Army Infantry Sergeant and Special Forces Communications Sergeant.  Jim has extensive experience in the civilian sector in various leadership roles in Semiconductor, Radar Systems and Industrial Automation Equipment Design and Manufacturing.  Jim has served over twenty years as Managing Director in the automation industry.  Jim has eight years of extensive oil rig coaching experience in Thailand and Myanmar. Jim is Fluent in Thai and functional in the Russian language.
