Eric is a retired U.S. Navy Chief Warrant Officer 4 with over 30 years of experience in diverse leadership roles, strong mentorship, and coaching abilities in support of a variety of high operational and strategic missions.  He honed these skills throughout 12 successful command assignments which include serving onboard five Nuclear Powered Aircraft Carriers, two Aviation Training Commands, a Naval Air Station, Transient Personnel Unit, and a tour at The Board of Inspection and Survey (Navy Ship Inspector).

He has built strong relations and is known for his extraordinary ability to make meaningful human connections.  He effectively unlocks increased Human Performance, bringing the best out in people, building winning teams, and strong cultures at all levels.  He has led, trained, and mentored hundreds of men and women on 10 ship deployments in combat zones worldwide.
