Aaron is a retired United States Marine Corps Sergeant Major with more than three decades of experience operating at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels of joint and combined commands. An infantry Marine by trade, he has served globally in demanding environments requiring disciplined execution, leadership under pressure, and operational excellence. His career includes extensive combat deployments and senior leadership roles across conventional forces, special operations, recruiting, education, and joint task forces, culminating in service as the Command Senior Enlisted Leader for Fleet Marine Forces Atlantic, Marine Forces Command, and Marine Forces North. Throughout his career, he advised general officers and senior executives on readiness, personnel management, operational risk, and organizational effectiveness across formations ranging from small units to enterprises of more than 45,000 personnel.
In addition to his operational leadership, Aaron brings deep experience in talent development, professional education, and strategic leadership. He has led and shaped enlisted development programs, served as a senior instructor and command advisor within Marine Corps University and Education Command, and held key leadership roles within Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command and Joint Task Force North. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management, a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership and is a graduate of Keystone and the Joint Special Operations University Senior Enlisted Summit Course.
