We are pleased to offer participants who have completed qualifying CAVU leadership programmes the opportunity to achieve Foundation Chartered Manager (fCMgr) status, awarded by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
This recognition provides a pathway for participants to gain a professional designation based on leadership development they have already completed, without the need for additional training, coursework, or assessment.
Foundation Chartered Manager (fCMgr) is a professional recognition awarded by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), a professional body for management and leadership.
Through CAVU International, eligible participants can receive Foundation Chartered Manager status in recognition of their completed leadership development.
Participants who achieve this recognition are entitled to use the fCMgr post-nominal designation, demonstrating their commitment to professional growth and leadership development.
The award also includes 12 months of CMI membership, providing access to professional development resources and guidance to support continued growth as a leader.

Participants who completed a qualifying CAVU programme within the past two years may also be eligible to register.
No additional training, coursework, or assessment is required. Your existing CAVU leadership development provides the foundation for achieving this professional recognition.
