This week, the global energy community gathered in Abu Dhabi for ADIPEC 2025—a conference where innovation, resilience, and strategic collaboration take center stage. As the industry enters a defining decade, ADIPEC remains the place where conversations turn into commitments and solutions scale across borders.

CAVU was proud to exhibit alongside RelyOn, sharing space with our parent company who is equally committed to elevating safety, performance, and capability across high-risk industries. Together, we’re demonstrating a unified vision: a future where workforces are skilled, confident, and performance-ready for the challenges ahead

David Ehrmann, one of CAVU’s senior leaders, is on-site this week representing our team. From engaging with international partners to showcasing our training solutions, David is highlighting how CAVU helps organizations develop workforces that perform with precision—especially in the world’s most demanding environments.

At the booth, visitors are exploring how CAVU’s programs support the full spectrum of workforce needs, including:

  • Advanced training and simulation
  • Human Performance programs
  • Leadership PRO Online Course
  • Competency-based learning for high-risk environments
David and the RelyOn team in conversation with global partners at our exhibit space—discussing the industry’s need for comprehensive, integrated training support that not only builds capability but sustains it over time.

ADIPEC has always been a place where ideas move beyond the conceptual. This year is no different. The conversations happening in Abu Dhabi reflect a shared urgency across the sector: to scale training, empower leaders, and equip teams to excel amid complexity and change.

For CAVU and RelyOn, this means:

  • Building training systems that prepare teams before they ever step on-site
  • Delivering programs that accelerate readiness
  • Creating leaders who can guide teams with clarity under pressure
  • Helping organizations embed Human Performance principles into everyday operations

This is where strategy becomes execution, where collaboration accelerates progress, and where the next era of energy workforce development is being shaped—one conversation, partnership, and commitment at a time.
